At Curated Creations, your satisfaction is the top priority on our minds. Each statement piece is carefully selected, sanitised and packed into our signature box just for you. For hygiene purposes and to protect our customers, we do not accept exchanges or returns for earrings and personal items. Gift cards, discounted items and items purchased with a promotional code are also not eligible for exchange and returns. All orders made are final and order cancellations are strictly forbidden. Please also note that the true colours and measurements of our items may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies stemming from different browsing devices and screen resolutions.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
Although we conduct quality checks for all our items before delivery, we do apologise in advance should you ever receive an incorrect or faulty item from Curated Creations.
For incorrect or faulty items, simply fill up the Return & Exchange form below within 7 days from the date of shipment confirmation and our friendly team will get in touch with you to assist you. We recommend you to check your Curated Creations parcel immediately upon arrival and notify us of your exchange request soonest possible to avoid disappointment. Please also ensure that the items are in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Tampered items, items with broken or detached tags and parcels not in their original condition will not be eligible for returns and exchanges.
Returns and Exchange
Faulty or incorrect items must be mailed back to our office within 21 days from the date of shipment confirmation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All shipping costs incurred for return postages shall be borne by the consumer, except for approved returns. We strongly recommend you to use Registered Mail for return postages as Curated Creations will not be liable for lost return postages.
For approved return and exchanges of incorrect or faulty items, our Curated Creations team will send you a replacement pair of the item returned. In an event that the item is not available, the full purchase price of your item would be reimbursed back to you in the form of store credits. Normal mail postage cost incurred from return postages will also be refunded to you in the form of store credits. Cash refunds are not available for any purchase made.
All exchange and returns are subjected to our discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges and returns due to personal reasons and minor defects - such as loose threads, slight scratches, slight stains, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment, slight tarnishes that do not drastically affect the general appearance of the item - will not be accepted. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Curated Creations is final. Curated Creations reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
